What You Will Need
Please be aware all successful applicants must be 21 years old. In order to increase efficiency Best Care requires the following documents prior to offering an interview to ensure we are only interviewing those meeting minimum employment standards:
- Copy of your High school diploma, GED Certificate, or Highest degree
- Copy of your Certifications and/or Licenses
- Copy of your Driver’s License
- Copy of your Resume
- Copy of a current Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Copy of a current CPR/First Aid Card
- Copy of a current TB Test or Chest X-ray (dated within the last 6 months) with a Negative result
- Copy of a current Food Handlers card
